Golden leaf or yan-Da-Oo.  Found around the open area near the stream of rain forest in National Park water fall and Hala-Bala wide life Narathiwat.  There are 3 colors, copper, silver and gold.  It will bloosom during August-December the leaf can be picked in 2 period, March and September.  The important is the knowledge of picking and dry the leaves which will take 4-5 months and the leaves which can be in state of same.  People call it "Golden Leaves".  It is a blessing and prosperity to keep in the house.

One Tambon One Product, OTOP City 2009, general merchandise which shows way of Thai life.  Drawing on local knowledge and developing to quality unique products such as Handicrafts and souvenirs, Herb supplements, Ware and decorations, Food, Beverage, Clothes and Garments.  The exhibition show more than 3,000 shops from around Thailand.

OTOP City 2009, Events is scheduled for December 19-27, 2009 at Challenger Halls 1-3, and Halls 1-6

The Greatest of the Kings, the Greetings of the Land

Entrusted by the National Commission for the Celebrations of His Majesty’s 82nd Birthday Anniversary, the Ministry of Interior is organizing various activities on the auspicious occasion. As part of the activities, the Ministry is launching a project “The Greatest of the Kings, the Greetings of the Land,” to be held nightly on 5-13 December 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Royal Plaza in Bangkok.


The project includes the performance of one of the world’s largest orchestras, with 129 musical instruments, conducted by Bundit Ungrangsri, as well as a “four-dimensional” show with spectacular light and sound, with the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall as the background of the presentation, and a candle-lighting ceremony.
