Entrusted by the National Commission for
the Celebrations of His Majesty’s 82nd Birthday Anniversary, the Ministry of Interior is organizing various activities on the auspicious occasion. As part of the activities, the Ministry is launching a project “The Greatest of the Kings, the Greetings of the Land,” to be held nightly on
5-13 December 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Royal Plaza in Bangkok.
The project includes the performance of one of the world’s largest orchestras, with 129 musical instruments, conducted by Bundit Ungrangsri, as well as a “four-dimensional” show with spectacular light and sound, with the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall as the background of the presentation, and a candle-lighting ceremony.
