Doi Inthanon National Park, Chiangmai, Northern Thailand




Doi Inthanon National Park, Chiangmai, Northern Thailand
is a part of the Himalayas.
Area of 1,005 square kilometers. Thailand's highest mountain which
is 2,565 meters above sea level. "Inthanon's highest point"
Visit Doi Inthanon : the waterfalls is May to November, wild flowers is December to February and ornithologists is November to March.


Phumisiri, twin pagodas were built to commemorate the fifty cycle birthday of King
Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit.
The pagodas enshrine Lord Buddha's ashes and Buddha images and overlook the
magnifiencent of Doi Inthanon
